Huh?

Your product can be the best ever, with the highest quality, too. And, none of it matters if the customer experience is poor. Rather than rant about how out of touch the product manager must be with my favorite carnivore product, I offer encouragement here.

Even the smallest of startups can carefully build effective feedback loops. They are precious and should be cared for and nurtured, just as your idea was at the start of it all.

Work with your customers, your stakeholders, to get timely feedback that goes beyond the product to the actual customer experience. You might learn your specific customers don’t care about free shipping.

If you alienate your customers while they are buying your product, even if they love it, eventually you will be disrupted by a competitor.
