Francie Van Wirkus is a coach, keynote speaker, author, and conqueror of mediocrity. She works with leaders in the insurance and financial services industry on the most challenging issues facing success today.

Her nonfiction series, The Competitor in Me, shares a journey of conquering self, first to reach a goal, then to overcome fear, and finally, to see the gift of abundance. The Competitor in Me III: Letting Go, is slated for release in April 2015.

Francie released her first comedy fiction, #CatholicMotherProblems, in 2014. This undulating read is a tale of two mothers’ guilt, and a comedy of family errors.

Francie studied Business Administration-Marketing at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She has been a business professional since 1990. Francie is a cancer survivor, and enjoys racing Ironmans and other endurance events, as well as helping people do what seems impossible with Breakthrough Coaching. She lives in suburban Milwaukee with her husband and three delightful children.
