Neutral is Negative

Organizational health needs your honesty, and your contributions.

It’s not what were used to, and it doesn’t feel safe.  It’s our career on the line, after all. So the easiest thing to do is to appear as neutral as possible.

The problem with being neutral, beyond  standing for nothing, is that it is exactly the same as being negative.

You, the people you work with, and your career deserve better.
