We need curiosity in our organizations for many reasons. In fact, most organizations are starved for it.  Try having a team discussion about these two ways to practice being curious:

Curious leaders: Seeking to understand your people first builds trust, credibility, and your knowledge of what your team actually does, so you can effectively help them.
