Eve nods, “Platitudes foster wishes, not hope.”

“My turn. What you do mean? That sounds like some social media poster.”

“When people are asked to change, but there is no credibility or substance behind the request, then the person or company asking them to change is just wishing for it. Wishes don’t have goals or plans attached to them. At least, not the kind people can grab onto…”
